A pen in hand

A pen in hand

Is worth two in the shop

Every lost word is a tale lost

Woes here and there

Our motherland is crying

So much and full of affliction

What really is wrong?

Our responsibility we are told

To, our selves keep safe

While our leaders sit and watch

What really is wrong?

Death, loss, not only today

Life stolen too soon

Cut short from hands of its masters,

What really is wrong?

Strong and together we stand

Owing our duty to motherland

To safeguard and life prolong

For something is really wrong.
