Clumped in a corner in her room,
She reflects on the events of the day,
that took her by surprise
His faded image blazes her eyes,
The world lets go off many heroes, she thinks.
This one was more than a hero!
A friend, a father, a husband, a mentor,
Damn the thirst of these ambitious graves,
They take and never give back!
She wipes tears from her eyes,
Asking her-self why it seems a loss so big,
Yet she only knew him for a while,
You are tucked safely in our hearts!
She puts down some lettering,
Lost for words
